“Two Joined by Letter!”
Praise the Lord!

The Lord gave us a wonderful day in His House on the Lord’s Day! The attendance was better and the offerings were good in both the General Fund and Faith Promise Missions. I preached a message entitled, “Salvation by Grace” in the Morning Service. “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God. Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Eph. 2:8, 9) I took the last half of Ephesians chapter two and preached on the subject, “Things to Remember” in the Evening Service. “Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh...” (Eph. 2:1) It was a joy to received Rev. Lee and Joyce Payne by letter on Wednesday Evening of last week. We are thankful to the Lord for leading them back home to be a part of the Family Fundamental Baptist Church. Praise the Lord!

By the time you received this Newsletter by email or regular Post Office, Vacation Bible School is going great. We have had over 150 on Monday and Tuesday. Boys and girls are getting saved and their lives touched by the Word of God. Please pray for the last three days.

I have started two new series in the Adult Sunday School Class and Wednesday Services. In the Adult Sunday School class a series entitled, “The Life and Labors of the Apostle Paul.” In the Wednesday Evening Services a series I am calling, “What’s in a Name?” The Bible calls us by different names and we will go through them one by one in the Wednesday Evening. We have looked at the first name “Christian” last week. This week we will examine the next name, “Saints.” Be sure not to miss any of these two series of messages!

Please pray for all those on our “Church Prayer List.” The “Church Prayer List” There are so many in our Church Family going through some serious health problems and they need our prayers very much. Neva and I love you!
